ReplyDeleteYou must not be familiar with how television and video broadcasting operates. This is not sexist in any way, shape, or form. Requesting that a potential applicant for a hosting position -particularly in video- be attractive, is similar to requesting that a potential radio host have a good speaking voice.
ReplyDeleteYou are trying to represent your product in the best possible way, and in a manner that will garner the highest possible audience.
And to be quite blunt, at the most basic level, generally people prefer to see more attractive people on television/video and what have you. This is just catering to their target demographic.
